The integration of the master plan into the wider plan required extensive liaison with numerous stakeholders

A broad residential tenure from 1-bed apartments and 2-bed duplex units to family housing offers the possibility of trading up or down within the community over a lifetime

An extensive network of pedestrian and cycle routes linking the residential quarters, the new town centre and public transport stops

The residential units exceed current residential standards, protecting the quality and functionality of the development over time
