“We found Reddy Architecture to be very good to work with through all stages of the project. The quality of their design work was matched by a professionalism and attention-to-detail that ensured delivery of the project to a very high standard.

We were particularly pleased with the way that Reddy Architecture worked with us at design stage to gain a very good understanding of our particular needs and to explore innovative options for meeting those needs.

We have been in the offices since 2006 and we continue to be very pleased.”

John Higgins. Partner, Ernst & Young

Reddy Architecture implemented innovative workplace design in the project, to reflect the ethos of the client. These included hot-desk workplaces, honeycomb furniture system, centralised personal storage and ‘pod’ offices for temporary privacy.

Facilities costs were reduced by creating open plan workspaces for all staff and by confining file storage to a large-format roller storage unit, reducing the overall footprint by 60%.

The accommodation provided includes:

Conference facilities with sliding and folding acoustic partition, electronically controlled blinds and specialist AV system with video conferencing;

Free ‘hot-rooms’ for frequent meetings;

Large outdoor break-out area, staff kitchenette and seating area;

Reddy Architecture and Urbanism provided full project management service, including co-ordination of specialist subcontractor services to achieve a high level of speed, accuracy and quality
