Bloom House, Dublin

Reddy A+U were commissioned to lead a single point design team to deliver the new offices for the OPW at their new location on Gloucester Place Lower. The project included the interior design and space planning of 200 workstations combined with ancillary spaces

The development spread out over 4 floors and included break out spaces, board rooms and various meeting rooms. Careful attention was given to quiet rooms, canteens and other ancillary facilities which were intrinsic in the clients working brief and ambition.

The design provided two floors with matching facilities for the two teams that would occupy the spaces.

Reddy A+U’s detailed research and brief taking is a key component of the approach the team take to deliver a bespoke solution. This involved working with multiple stakeholders to finalize a design and layout with exceeded the expectations of all involved
