Features

The concept is to create a distinctive warehouse workspace suitable for a technology or creative company. The emphasis is on exposed structure and services with materials such as salvaged brick, steel & timber.

The entrance area will contain a new lift and stairs. Open plan office space is located within the existing warehouse space at ground level and may be adapted to a variety of spaces: café, breakout, games, workshop. The proposed mezzanine area can accommodate open plan space, cellular offices or meeting spaces as required.  

The works to the external envelope of the existing building include new vertical opaque glazing, a new sedum roof and improved thermal performance.
