Sean instigated  a recent analysis of the issue for Cork which was carried out by a group of planning and construction professionals including Reddy Architecture + Urbanism, McCutcheon Halley Chartered Planning Consultants, PUNCH Consulting Engineers, EDC – Engineering Design Consultants Ltd, KSN Project Management and Deasy Walley Partnership.
