Prism building gains planning
The Reddy Architecture + Urbanism designed Prism building has received a Grant of Planning Permission from Cork City Council.
The 15-storey, glass-fronted office development for a brownfield, city-centre site will be triangular in shape and is inspired by the world famous ‘Flatiron’ building in New York. Tower Holdings Group, owned by Kevin O’Sullivan, will oversee the development, which will include 6,000 sq m of offices when finished. A rooftop terrace is included for staff, and a glass canopy, will oversail Deane Street at third flood level. From this level upwards, the offices will overhang the street by approximately two metres. Congratulations to the team in Cork, led by Directors Sean Kearns & Aidan Healy
