3 Park Place, Deloitte, Dublin
Following the successes of previous projects with Deloitte, Reddy A+U were challenged to design one of their newest fitouts. The challenging brief was to create a space that would house and inspire up to 220 staff members and provide a number of various spaces to hold training, functions and events for clients and staff alike.
Completed in early 2019 the project at 3 Park Place is one of Deloitte’s newest fit outs. The development compromises of both Ground and First Floor spaces in a newly built office building on Hatch Street. The theme of the office is a blend of Industrial and Modern, to create an innovative work space for Deloitte. The Ground Floor consists of an open plan work environment with an Innovation Lab and 3 large Training Rooms and an Auditorium. The First Floor follows a similar layout with the addition of a large Collaboration Zone.
The addition of storyboard graphics “A Moment in Time” celebrated mankind’s achievements, and Deloitte’s achievements in particular, through a mixed media & illustrative exhibition. Illustrating key moments in history that made the world a better place maximises the potential of the space and creates a more dynamic working environment for Deloitte’s staff and visitors alike. The installation allows RA+U to deliver on the brief while creating clever spatial planning, efficient lighting design and a contrast of textured and reflective materials.
The design team have successfully created a modern and state of the art office environment achieving a natural flow between spaces through a mixture of open plan work spaces. They have created small breakout and collaborative zones throughout which is enhanced by detailed and effective co-ordination of the lighting design.
