Castlemartyr Resort, Interiors, Co. Cork

A 104-bedroom luxury ‘five-star-plus’ hotel and spa on the grounds of Castlemartyr Demesne. The project includes the conversion of the 18th century house and formal gardens, addition of new bedroom and pool buildings, an eighteen-hole golf course, club house, ancillary golf lodges and gate lodge accommodation.

Reddy A+U were the architect as well as interior designers on this illustrious project and maintain a close relationship with the client.

The primary focus of the new development was to sensitively integrate the new builds into existing historic landscape and to protect an existing 13th century Norman castle on site.

Facilities within the luxury complex include a swimming pool & spa facilities, a large (330+) conference/function room, and full bar/restaurant facilities

Building systems used in the project were chosen for speed of construction, including off-site fabrication of facade modules, yet all finishes reflect the high-quality luxurious image reflected by the client.
