Frascati Residential, Blackrock, Co. Dublin
Reddy Architecture + Urbanism were appointed to provide architectural services for the construction stage of this project. The project consists of a residential development of 45 no. apartments on 3 no. storeys, from second to fourth floor level, over the existing retail / restaurant development at Frascati Shopping Centre in Blackrock, Co Dublin.
The development consists of a mix of 1,2 and 3bed units. The new apartments form three new sides to the front of the development at the upper levels. They are located around a new communal roof garden.
The generous dual aspect apartments benefit from external views including prestigious sea views over Dublin Bay to the north east and internally towards the bright and sunny south west facing communal landscaped roof garden. The design approach reflects the modern architectural language of the existing retail development below. External finishes include reconstituted stone cladding, aluminium framed full height glazing and glass balustrades.
Construction commenced on this new apartment project in early 2020.
