Reddy A+U have worked closely with the client in Sandyford to develop a number of office developments with the main development at the Leopardstown West area. The campus-style office development comprises three buildings arranged around a central plaza and forming a gateway to the wider Sandyford business campus. the site is a key landmark location in the area and takes up the majority of the triangular island site bounded by Burton Hall road and Leopardstown Road.
Drawing upon our London expertise in office design, each of the buildings will feature uniquely large floor plates in this campus, extensive floor-to-ceiling glazing and a wide variety of subdivision and letting configurations. The scheme takes on board the BCO ambitions of quality of space, light and accessibility delivering working floorplates that can be managed and let to both large and small tenants. The distribution of floorplates and varying sizes of the blocks allows for very flexible arrangements of the rentable areas.
The proposal will provide a range of attractive amenities including a 550 m private running track, a substantial park, generous shower and changing facilities, and an on-site cafe/restaurant opening onto the central plaza. The development is well served by the proximity of the LUAS and arterial roadways adjacent which will allow sustainable transport links to be the main source of access.
The development seeks to create an appropriate visual response to its location as the gateway to the Sandyford business campus with buildings of note.
