Pembroke Quarter

Located within the Poolbeg West Strategic Development Zone (SDZ), the Glass Bottle development is a new urban quarter for Dublin. It will be built on the site of the former glass bottle site by Dublin Bay, near the communities of Irishtown, Ringsend and Sandymount. Phase 1B will be one of the initial blocks of this new city quarter to be delivered, providing 324 apartments, including 31 social housing apartments and 51 affordable housing apartments. It will range in height from 5 to 18 storeys and include one of the key landmark towers within the overall development. This high-quality, distinctive landmark building will reflect its significance within this new city quarter of Poolbeg West and also within the wider city context.
