Flora McGirr is Associate Director at Reddy Architecture + Urbanism Belfast office. As an Architect Flora has over 20 years’ experience of delivering award winning projects in both UK and Ireland up to £340m. These projects across multiple sectors including regeneration, transport and healthcare, requiring both clear understanding of broad strategies and sensitive detailed design approaches.
Flora’s speciality is healthcare and engaging with multi-stakeholder groups, building strong client relationships, and providing design team leadership.
Flora joined the practice in 2024. Prior to joining Reddy Architecture + Urbanism, Flora was Associate Director at Baily Garner in London and Birmingham and worked for RPP Architects in Belfast.
