Iwona is an Associate Architect with over 10 years’ experienced across residential, student accommodation, civic, and healthcare sectors. Since joining Reddy A+U in 2021, she has continued to expand the expertise gained at Wilson Architecture and O’Mahony Pike Architects.
She has contributed to both complex large-scale developments and community-focused projects, balancing design creativity with technical delivery and project coordination. Iwona thrives on collaboration with clients, consultants, and stakeholders, ensuring that design intent and practical requirements align to produce high-quality, buildable outcomes.
With a background in the visual arts, she brings a creative and sensitive approach to design, always seeking to deliver spaces that are meaningful, contextually responsive, and people-focused.
