Magdalena Barnard

Magdalena is an Associate Director of Reddy A+U and over the 18 years of her career she has led the design, development, and construction of a wide range of projects. These range from single buildings to strategic urban regeneration schemes. Her sector experience embraces high-end residential, private, and affordable housing, leisure, and mix-use projects.

Magdalena’s passion builds on strong collaboration between the design consultants to ensure schemes are delivered to exacting standards. Her urban regeneration projects include delivery of four phases of Beaufort Park by St George and the second phase of the Malt Street site, adjacent to the Old Kent Road for Berkeley Homes.

Since joining the team Magdalena has provided the leadership on Kings Road Park, for St William. She continues to apply the levels of passion, attention to detail, and adaptability which are the essential qualities for such a prime res-identical project while also contributing to the group’s overall management.
