Rob McCarthy joined Reddy A+U as a Project Architect and was promoted to be an Associate after leading a number of successful projects for Reddy A+U since 2015.His work leading the delivery of the projects at the Legacy Buildings within Embassy gardens provided some of the iconic scenes including the Skypool which is such a landmark in the UK and further afield.
Since then Rob has delivered the Darby’s restaurant and is currently seeing 3 years of hard work culminating in the completion of 769 apartments at Ballymore’s premium development, Riverscape at Deanston Wharf. This development has pushed the Reddy knowledge and technology of which Rob is a key asset. We have deliverer almost 400 units using the prefabricated panelised systems minimising site works and raising the quality.
Rob’s attention to detail both in terms of technology and programme has led to Ballymore as a dedicated client awarding us further work now at The Brentford Project. This is a further 300 apartments bringing our overall Ballymore delivery to over 2,500 units over 8 years which has involved Rob throughout.
Rob helps drive our technical team with the QA and technical direction of the London office within his ever strengthening portfolio of work which led to his promotion to Associate Director in 2023.
