Ross McMahon

Since joining the practice in 2019, Ross has been involved in the design and delivery of a number of projects including Tivoli Court Apartments and Retail, Glencar House and Haymarket office Developments, 8^th Lock, Carpenterstown Road, White Pines Residential, Retail and Creche developments, the Development Control Plan for the Royal Victoria Eye and Ear Hospital, and the HSE’s Decarbonisation Pilot Pathfinder Programme.

Ross has worked both internationally and within Ireland on the design and delivery of a range of building typologies within various sectors including small to large scale Residential, Healthcare, Office, Retail, Transport (Aviation and Rail), Second and Third Level Education, Military, Mixed Use and Masterplan Developments. Most recently he has become heavily involved in the development of Decarbonisation proposals for large public sector organisations, required in order to meet their 2030 and 2050 climate targets.

He has experience of both traditional and design and build procurement routes within private and public sectors. He has represented previous employers while on secondment to external organizations including London Overground at Victoria Station House, and London Underground at Canary Wharf.

Ross has several years’ experience in Building Information Modelling and the associated methods for information sharing, gained during time working in London and Dublin.
