Tim Bergin
Associate, Architect
| Tim began his career working for international practices in Shanghai, London, and Melbourne where he worked on many large-scale projects. He worked on skyscraper competitions and masterplan development. In London and Melbourne Tim worked for Weston Williamson + Partners where he gained experience working on multi-disciplinary teams at an array of stages from masterplanning to site support.
Since joining Reddy Architects in Dublin, Tim has worked on a variety of projects including residential, and commercial designs. He has managed the Newmarket Sq Residential project from concept design, through planning and tender to construction stage and completion. Tim has experience working on the Dundrum scheme for the LDA. He led the development of two blocks of Residential including community uses, for planning. Working across multiple projects through early stages, including masterplanning, brief definition, feasibility, and planning; Tim has gained a lot of experience on how to maximise site potential through mixed uses and densities.
