Tim Pettigrew

Tim joined us in 2017 as an Associate Director and has led the office from that point and was promoted in 2018 to Managing Director of the UK. He overseas a broad range of national and international projects across all sectors. Under his leadership the office has grown significantly and has created a vibrant strong studio designing and delivering high quality work to a number of major clients.

Tim has a wealth of experience in commercial and residential design, he has particularly led the development of the groups understanding of the commercial office building having led major projects in the UK and Russia.

Previous projects include 62 Buckingham Gate, Cesar Pelli’s major London scheme for LandSecurities in Victoria and Legal and General’s headquarters in Moorgate, London both of which have been shortlisted for a number of awards and published in many magazines and books.

Tim has experience of residential developments both here in the UK and overseas with clients ranging from affordable housing to Ultra-High Net Worth developments. Under Tim’s guidance the London office is currently designing and delivering almost three thousand residential units in mixed use developments.

Tim’s keen interest in the construction industry includes a deep understanding of planning and financial systems, an expertise that facilitates the development of complex mixed use developments.
