The Story

The Airton Rise development transformed the former Gallaher cigarette factory site on Airton Road, Tallaght, into a significant new residential neighbourhood. The development provides a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, all designed with private balconies or terraces, alongside a range of supporting amenities that contribute to a vibrant and sustainable community.

The Challenge

The design needed to balance residential density with high-quality living environments, incorporating generous open space, community amenities and sustainable transport infrastructure.

The Outcome

Airton Rise has delivered a thriving new community with a comprehensive mix of residential, retail and amenity spaces. The development includes three retail units, a crèche, landscaped communal and public open spaces, and dedicated children's play areas, creating a well-rounded living environment for residents.
