The development comprises 142 residential units, including 93 houses, 33 apartments, 16 duplexes together with a crèche. Existing natural features, including mature trees, hedgerows, stone walls and a historic boreen, have been retained and woven into the design, helping to create a neighbourhood that feels connected to its setting while supporting biodiversity, active travel and everyday social interaction.
The Outcome
Generous, light-filled interiors are organised around open-plan kitchen dining spaces and efficient layouts that maximise amenity, daylight, and views. A network of landscaped open spaces, play areas, and pedestrian connections establishes a strong sense of place, fostering community interaction while promoting walkability and permeability throughout the development.
