This modern, purpose-built space was designed to align with Aon’s vision for a collaborative, innovative, and employee-focused workplace. The design integrates custom workspaces, including bespoke collaboration zones, breakout areas, and technology-enabled meeting rooms, fostering seamless interaction and creativity among Aon’s 587 Dublin-based colleagues.
The Challenge
To support employee wellbeing and enhance social connections, the space features landscaped roof terraces, on-site cafes, and flexible, inclusive environments informed by Aon’s Smart Working approach. This strategy emphasises collaboration, flexibility, and an inclusive culture while placing employee wellbeing at its core.
The Outcome
The project will set a new benchmark for AON office design globally. From a sustainability point of view, the project has reduced running CO2 and energy consumption by 60% compared to Aon’s previous location. The office incorporates energy-efficient systems and features sustainable travel options such as showers, bicycle spaces, and electric vehicle charging points, encouraging eco-friendly commuting.
