The Challenge

To create a modern high quality professionally managed accommodation for 245 students, 37 rental apartments and 3 new retail units to activate street level.

The Story

The design applies the principle of “collision spaces” to encourage spontaneous interaction and engagement among students.

Transparency is maximised in common areas, and social spaces are strategically positioned at key entry points, both to apartment cores and buildings, aligned with established campus movement corridors.

The layout emphasises generous amenity and social zones that foster a strong collegiate atmosphere, while carefully maintaining individual privacy.
