The Challenge

To deliver a corporate office headquarters, a specialist bakery for manufacturing with cold storage facility, a research and development laboratory and retail units.

The Outcome

An atrium in support of natural ventilation was located in front of the production facility and provides benefits in orientation, heat and energy sharing between facilities. It also houses a street-like arrangement of retail pop-up units, which stock and display merchandise produced in the facility and provides a space for product launches and client events.
