The Challenge
The design, proportions, and detailing of the two buildings restore the historic building line of the street, harmonising with the surrounding historic architecture and the broader Georgian district.
The Story
Ideally located along the new tram (LUAS) line, the site provides student access to the city’s educational and leisure facilities. The scheme of 351 rooms also provides social spaces, landscaped courtyards and roof terraces, breathing new life into this part of the city.
The Outcome
Reddy A+U have purposefully delivered an exemplar facility in the student housing sector, which includes a café, a music room, a cinema space, games rooms, study spaces, a gym, half sized basketball court, for a vibrant student body to thrive in.
