- Project Workplace Fit-Out
- Scale 442 m2

The Story
Located within the Brunel Building at Heuston South Quarter, a vibrant mixed-use development comprising six buildings that integrate office, retail, and residential functions. Reddy A+U worked in close collaboration with the client to refine the scheme to meet operational requirements, align with budget constraints, and adhere to the agreed project timeline.

The Challenge
Developed to support contemporary work practices, the layout features open-plan workstations, private offices, meeting rooms, and collaborative zones, as well as support areas like a kitchenette, utility rooms, and a dedicated comms space. Strategic planning ensured the design remained within the scope of existing Fire Safety and Disability Access Certificates, avoiding the need for additional approvals and streamlining the project timeline.

The Outcome
Key to this transformation was the incorporation of biophilic design principles, enhancing wellbeing through natural elements such as integrated planting, warm natural finishes, and improved acoustics. A calm and welcoming atmosphere was achieved using a natural colour palette aligned with brand guidelines, creating a cohesive and professional environment. The completed office successfully balances functionality, aesthetics, and brand alignment.
