The Story

Unlike other riverfront developments in Dublin, the site is not cut off from the Liffey by the flow of traffic. A considered design embraces the opportunity to open up urban spaces along the riverfront for both residents and the community to enjoy. Proposed buildings in the development make visual connections to neighbouring landmarks such as the Criminal Courts of Justice, Heuston Station, Kilmainham and the entrance to the Phoenix Park.

The Outcome

The proposed development will provide much needed modern residential accommodation in this underutilised city centre location. A range of apartment types are provided, including studios, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units, that will typically cater for small families, young professionals, and migratory workers.
