The Story
Seamount Rise is a coastal haven in County Dublin, offering seamless integration with nature while being just moments from a vibrant, in-demand village centre, sandy beaches, and scenic walking trails.
The Challenge
To deliver 135 high-specification, premium residences, comprising 59 family homes and 76 apartments, while maintaining design quality and cohesion across diverse housing types.
The Outcome
Seamount Rise offers a host of high-quality amenities, including a Club House Lounge, Meeting Room, Cinema, and Gym with Yoga Space, all finished to the highest standards. The Club House, an open, airy glass structure, physically and symbolically links the two apartment blocks. It features a welcoming reception area with a coffee dock and flexible spaces for work or relaxation. As a pet-friendly development, each block also includes a convenient dog wash station.
Project Team
Lisa Smyth is the Head of Interiors at Reddy Architecture + Urbanism. Since graduating in 1996 Lisa has worked as Interior Project Architect in Ireland and internationally on a wide range of projects including Office, Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, Student Amenity and Accommodation and Residential Fit Outs.
