- Client Irish Life
- Project Workplace Design
- Scale 4,188.6 m²

The Story
Overlooking the Grand Canal and Baggot Street Bridge, the Frame will act as a distinct and identifiable landmark in the heart of the city and is destined to become one of Dublin’s iconic buildings.

The Challenge
The building's height, scale, and massing align with the surrounding structures, seamlessly integrating into the urban context. Its massing is thoughtfully broken down using high-quality stone and alabaster panels, arranged to create a dynamic and varied design on each façade.

The Outcome
This distinctive building will live in harmony with its historic address and surroundings. Taking cues from the proportions found in adjacent Georgian architecture, its elevations are punched with deep recess windows paying homage to the traditional deep rendered reveals of the Georgian design era.
