The Story

Positioned at a key gateway to Dublin’s Georgian core, the building creates a vibrant workplace while enhancing the streetscape and public realm.

The Challenge

The building's height, scale, and massing align with the surrounding structures, seamlessly integrating into the urban context. Its massing is thoughtfully broken down using high-quality stone and alabaster panels, arranged to create a dynamic and varied design on each façade.

The Outcome

This distinctive building will live in harmony with its historic address and surroundings. Taking cues from the proportions found in adjacent Georgian architecture, its elevations are punched with deep recess windows paying homage to the traditional deep rendered reveals of the Georgian design era.
