Inspired by the neighbouring Grand Canal, the interior embraces biophilic principles through flowing geometries, natural materials, integrated planting and a restrained palette inspired by waterways and native landscapes.

The Story
As architect for both phases, Reddy A+U was uniquely positioned to ensure continuity between the building's architecture, workplace strategy and user experience. The original architectural concept of framed views, materiality and design rhythm is carried through from external façade articulation to Cat A interiors and finally to the execution of the Cat B Interiors.
The Challenge
A key aspect of the brief was implementing the client's Global Design Standards while responding to The Frame and its unique canal front location. Rather than applying a standard corporate template, the guidelines were interpreted to balance global brand consistency with a distinctive local identity.
The Result
A diverse range of work settings, generous circulation, wellness spaces and accessible amenities support different physical, sensory and cognitive needs, creating a workplace that aligns with WELL Building Standard principles.
Project Team
Lisa Smyth is the Head of Interiors at Reddy Architecture + Urbanism. Since graduating in 1996 Lisa has worked as Interior Project Architect in Ireland and internationally on a wide range of projects including Office, Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, Student Amenity and Accommodation and Residential Fit Outs.
