Beth Gribben is a Director at Reddy Architecture + Urbanism and leads the practice’s Mission Critical sector. With over 25 years of architectural experience, she brings deep expertise in the delivery of highly technical, mission-critical facilities. Beth has overseen the design and execution of major data centre developments across Ireland and internationally, managing complex, fast-track projects from feasibility through to completion. She leads a multidisciplinary design team, coordinating client and stakeholder engagement, and ensuring rigorous quality and compliance standards are met throughout all project stages.
