People

At Reddy Architecture + Urbanism we see ourselves as problem-solvers and curators of design, seeking out the right solution to each and every challenge. We approach each project with a clear ambition to improve the way people experience their lives. Our highly qualified team brings a wealth of expertise to every project in every sector, always working collaboratively to produce great work within the public environment.

We have a diverse and ambitious group of colleagues who work collaboratively across their teams and offices. We are proud of our team and work hard to nurture people in their careers. Our team stays with us and often grows within the firm to develop into well rounded architects with a high standing in their workplace and with our clients.

Reddy Architecture + Urbanism have a growing number of offices and each office is made up of a close knit group of people working together to provide our clients with quality design, exemplified by our awards. We mentor our team members and support them through their professional exams and celebrate their achievements. Many of our team stay with us for the long term and we reward this loyalty.

Working nationally and internationally means that we work across offices and this has brought us together. Tony Reddy leads by example working closely with each office and being part of the team. This is recognised and results in a collegiate culture of design. Our design reviews are open and welcoming and this allows all members to be a part of the design process.
