Embassy Gardens
Arranged over three blocks, the apartments are linked together by a raised podium garden over a ground-level parking structure. The buildings are renowned for the world’s first transparent ‘sky pool’ which allows people to swim from one block to another, 35m above the ground.

The Challenge
After successfully completing 326 apartments in Phase 1 of the Embassy Gardens development, Reddy A+U expanded the project with an additional 910 apartments in Phase 2.
The Story
Based on a concept design by Arup Associates, Reddy A+U advanced the project from RIBA Stage 4 through to on-site completion. Reddy A+U oversaw the complete design and delivery coordination, including the interior fit-out of the apartments and selected retail units. Notably, this included the prestigious restaurant Darby’s, by the renowned Irish chef Robin Gill.
The Outcome
This landmark development, located adjacent to the new American Embassy, is a key element in the regeneration of the Nine Elms area in London. It offers high-quality housing for both private and social occupants, designed and built to the highest standards.
