The Challenge
The Four Ferns is built in an existing residential neighbourhood and has wonderful gardens and is built around a Victorian courtyard that has been carefully maintained to provide part of daily life at the building.
The Story
Due to the success of the Four Ferns project, an additional unit is under construction and almost complete. The Tall Trees is a dementia specific nursing home being built on a site adjacent to the existing private Four Ferns nursing home and comprises of the construction of 30 bedrooms together with associated facilities.
The Outcome
A modern, purpose built facility in a leafy setting in the heart of Foxrock with a luxurious homely finish for residents side by side with top of the line clinical care.
