The Challenge
The Four Ferns is situated within an established residential neighbourhood and features beautiful gardens centred on a carefully preserved Victorian courtyard, which forms an integral part of daily life within the building.
The Story
Building on the success of The Four Ferns, an additional facility, The Tall Trees, is currently under construction and nearing completion. Located on a site adjacent to the existing private nursing home, The Tall Trees is a specialist dementia care residence comprising 30 bedrooms and a range of associated support and communal facilities.
The Outcome
A modern, purpose-built facility set within a leafy Foxrock setting, combining a luxurious, homely environment for residents with exceptional clinical care.
