The challenge was to create a LEED platinum office refurbishment based on the latest hybrid and activity-based working design solutions.

The Story

There are two main areas of innovation that are evident in this project. The first being its clever layout and tailored activity-based working solution. Secondly, the conceptual aesthetic approach which is based on Sandvik’s core business in engineering and ‘rock technology'.

The Outcome

The end result elevates Sandvik's global design approach to the next level. This scheme demonstrates how branding, experiential design and tailored hybrid working solutions can maximise staff engagement when returning to the office.

Testimonial

From the outset Reddy Interiors understood what we wanted to achieve and then surpassed that expectation by providing us with an interior solution is uniquely Sandvik. The response from our staff and visiting clients has been hugely positive, both in terms of function and aesthetic quality of the space. We were concerned about drawing staff back to the office post-Covid but now may have the opposite problem!”
