The Challenge

The project needed to balance high-density living with quality design, sustainability, and integration into the existing urban and ecological context. It also had to complement the earlier phases while enhancing public amenities and connectivity.

The Outcome

Phase 3 introduces adaptable, low-carbon apartment layouts and vibrant community spaces. These include a south-facing public plaza with retail, café, and office units, a residents' park. Soft landscaping and biodiversity corridors connect private and public open spaces, promoting ecological integration and resident wellbeing.
